A web 2.0 site called docstoc has you covered.
Contracts, invoices, wills, etc. are all here by the thousands.
Are they all guaranteed up-to-date with local, state and federal laws, codes, etc? No idea (not by me they’re not), but if you find yourself in need of these sort of documents this site is worth a look.
As with anything, use your better judgement.
If you find a document that sounds off to you, or if you find more than one document for the same thing and they’re different enough that you’re concerned, be concerned. Find another source for what you’re looking for to help steer you in the right direction, and don’t forget to use the comment system at docstoc so maybe someone elses research can benefit you.
If you end up doing your own research and find something that would help others please add your own comment (to the document at docstoc, not here of course) and maybe you can help someone else.
