Get in shape with the Wii

Have a Wii and wondering if all that controller swinging could help you lose any weight?
A website called WiiHealthy.com says yes and shows you how.
Their 10-week program will have you playing video games 30-45 minutes each day (darn) and there’s nothing special to buy. The Wii comes with Wii Sports and thats all you need to use.
