Facebook is watching you

Facebook loves, loves, LOVES watching you.
They love it so much they won’t even admit to doing it, and if they do they won’t tell you the whole story unless an independent security firm busts them on it.
From Yahoo News:
“Facebook has confirmed findings of a CA security researcher that the social-networking site’s Beacon ad service is [...]

As Gizmodo points out, this may have a lot to do with the fact that XP is just plain easier to pirate than Vista.
Or that even [...]

Guess I should have seen this one coming.

For $9.95 you’ll [...]

Delay startup programs in Windows

One thing that has always bugged me about Windows is all those programs trying to start at the same time when booting up takes soooooo long.
What programs?
You know–antivirus, firewall, spyware scanner (sometimes more than one), wireless network app, mouse manager, etc.
StartupDelayer by Jockersoft allows you to stagger when startup programs attempt to launch, helping make [...]

The new Timberland HT2 outdoor performance watch boasts more knobs and dials than nearly any watch I’ve seen and with good reason–it’s for the extreme outdoors type who don’t want to get lost and/or for those who get lost a lot.
From their website:
“The TimberlandĀ® HT2 watch packs a punch of technology. It has both digital [...]
