Sometimes when you’re looking for a deal on eBay, the best find is one with a typo in the product or manufacturer name.
For example, if the lister of the auction item misspells Toshiba as “toshia”, most people searching eBay for “Toshiba” won’t find it. Less people finding it means a better deal for you.

This isn’t really such a surprise, but Intel has officially left the OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) group behind the XO laptop.
Having joined the group in July, 2007, Intel has been asked to leave the group because of their refusal to abandon work on projects that would server as direct competition to the XO.

Although initially this rumor took off as full game downloads coming to the Nintendo DS via the Wii, Nintendo has clarified things: you will will able to download demo versions of DS games to your Wii and transfer them to your DS.

This had been a rumor for a while now, but Warner Bros. Entertainment has made it official: they will be releasing their high-definition titles on Blu-ray disc only after May, 2008, and will be dropping HD-DVD.
