Kevin Martin, Chairman of the FCC, announced that the FCC will be investigating alleged BitTorrent filtering by Comcast.
Comcast says they don’t, the EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) says they do and that they were “essentially deploying against its own customers techniques more typically used by malicious hackers.”

An updated Asus Eee PC with a larger screen didn’t make it to the CES floor this year, but a picture of it has been spotted online sitting beside the current 7-inch version.
