Rock Band, the latest game from the original Guitar Hero developer Harmonix, is great…but the drums are a bit lame.

Just a few days away now, Macworld 2008 opens next week in San Francisco.
Apple has hung teaser banners around San Francisco’s Moscone Center, the site of the event, with the message “2008. There’s something in the air.”
Maybe a new Apple TV?
Wireless DVI for a new Apple Cinema display?

One of the benefits of having an Apple Airport Express is the ability to connect speakers directly to it and stream audio to them to over your wireless network.
Unfortunately, it only works from within iTunes, so you have audio from any other source (QuickTime, Pandora, Last.fm, etc.) it won’t work.

Last month Intuit, maker of Quickbooks accounting software, released an update to the 2006 and 2007 versions of Quickbooks Pro for the Mac with a little bug: it erased all files on the Mac desktop.
