According to a new rumor at TreoCentral, Palm will be closing down all of their retail stores except for those in airports by the end of this month.
The bigger surprise to me is that they hadn’t been closed already. I don’t go to the local mall very often, but when I do and I pass the Palm store it looks a bit like the picture to the left–empty.
Will the stores have going out of business clearance sales? No word, but if I hear anything I’ll update this post.
