Sony has announced that the highly anticipated Gran Turismo 5 Prologue title will be released in North America on April 17 for $39.99 and will be available as a Blu-ray disc and as a downloadable title from the Playstation Store.

Jim Balsallie, co-Chief Executive at RIM (Research In Motion), makers of BlackBerry devices, sees how popular the Apple iPhone is in the consumer market.

Sony hasn’t officially killed off the 80GB Playstation 3 just yet, but signs seem to point to it going away soon.
Ars Technica has gotten in touch with their rumor mole and found out even more good stuff about the Playstation 3.

Like a lot of other large cities, San Francisco has a series of security cameras watching some of the tougher street corners.
