Dell has announced that it will be closing all 140 of its kiosks located in malls across the US to instead focus on its presence at retailers like Best Buy.
Kiosks outside of the US will remain open, at least for the time being.

In 2005 Peter Jackson, director of the three Lord of the Rings films, sued New Line over “financial anomalies,” believing New Line was holding back on money owed him.

Some users of iPhone firmware 1.1.3 have noticed a problem with SMS messages getting out of order.
