A few days ago Ars Technica posted a story from their video game industry mole who said that both the 80GB and the current 40GB Spiderman 3 bundle would both be going away (check it out here if you missed it).
Pretty big surprise, but did the mole go far enough?
A new rumor has surfaced in T3 Magazine, and according to their “well-informed insider” not only is the Playstation 3 getting a larger hard drive, but its also getting redesign. The rumored new PS3 will reportedly be slimmer and lighter than the current model.
The picture is an artists rendering of what a new, slimmer PS3 might look like so sorry, its not a spy shot.
