The Everex Cloudbook is coming soon and in an effort to help get you salivating over the $399 notebook Everex has released a video showing off the product. The on again/off again release date seems to be confirmed now as February 15–it’s there at the end of the video.

According to a source familiar with Yahoo’s strategy, management at Yahoo! is considering turning down Microsoft’s buyout offer and instead building an alliance with Google.
The source also said $31 per share (the per share breakdown of the $44.6 billion offer) is below what the actual value of the company is.

Google’s Android SDK, full of both promise and frustration for developers, will soon be receiving a much needed update.
