Could Yahoo! be preparing to turn down the acquisition offer by Microsoft? That’s what Valleywag is reporting.
The Yahoo! board is allegedly preparing to formally reject the $44.6 billion deal, worth $31 per share, because they believe it is massively undervaluing the company.

Apparently it really was much ado about nothing.
Those 5 undersea cables that were recently cut near the Middle East? The culprit has been found and its rather uneventful.
A 5.5 ton abandoned anchor owned by one of the companies that also owns the cables was responsible. Repairs are underway and should be finished by Sunday.
