If you’ve been trying to start an exercise routine but just can’t get yourself away from your desk to actually do it, TreadDesk has a solution for you: do both at the same time with their treadmill and desk hybrid.
Both interesting and odd, the TreadDesk combines a desk that can adjust from a height of 28-inches up to 48-inches with a treadmill. This combination lest you either lower the desk surface to sit down while working, or raise the desk to walk on the treadmill while working.
The treadmill part can either lay on top of your existing floor or recessed right into the floor so that your office chair is able to roll over it.

A suggestion if you’re considering this: please don’t put on headphones and sing, hum, whistle, etc. while working out in your office. Your coworkers will not enjoy hearing those sounds as much as you enjoy making them.
