If Microsoft’s public response to Yahoo! turning down their acquisition deal was supposed to rile up Yahoo! shareholders it looks like it worked.
A group of Yahoo! investors have jointly filed suit against Yahoo! claiming that the company failed to enter into substantial negotiations with Microsoft before rejecting the deal.

Potentially more bad news for HD DVD as a Wal-Mart employee named Susan posted some info to the company blog saying that they will stop selling both HD DVD hardware and software by June.
Susan says that the move is inspired by the recently announced decisions by Netflix and Best Buy to drop HD DVD.

Sure, the new MacBook Air has a multi-touch capable trackpad and supports gestures, but did you know that the MacBook and MacBook Pro also support gestures?

There are two new rumors involving Toshiba that are making their way around the internet:
Toshiba will be killing the HD DVD high definition disc format in the coming weeks.
Toshiba will try its hand at making its own Blu-ray player.
Huh?
If that happens, that would leave pretty much just Microsoft as the lone manufacturer of HD DVD [...]
