The Apple online store went offline today for a bit earlier this morning and when it came back there were two changes:
- The price of the 1GB iPod Shuffle has been dropped from $79 to $49
- A new 2GB version has been announced and will be priced at $69
The new price on the 1GB version is effective immediately and the new 2GB version will be shipping later this month and will be available in the same colors as the 1GB version, including a (PRODUCT) RED version.
