The 2x (that I know of) delayed Everex CloudBook UMPC has just recently started shipping, but already its been dropped from one of the two stores that carried it, and the only one to actually ship any to customers.
The reason?

The last of the major studios to back HD DVD has officially announced that they are leaving the format and going Blu-ray.
Paramount is the parent company to DreamWorks and DreamWorks animation and while they weren’t mentioned in the announcement it’s believed that they are also preparing to release titles on Blu-ray.

A few weeks ago rumors began to make their way around the Internet that the 80GB Playstation 3 was going away and that a slimmer, smaller version might be getting ready to appear.

The out of control spy satellite that was on its way back to Earth has been hit with a modified Navy SM-3 missile roughly 150 miles above Earth.

Today at GDC the next Ninja Gaiden game was officially announced during the Microsoft keynote.
Ninja Gaiden II will ship worldwide this June as an Xbox 360 exclusive, and be hitting retail in the US on June 3rd.

The first Gears of War for the Xbox 360 rocked. It also had some really frustrating moments, but it rocked way more than it sucked.
