This isn’t cheap or easy, but if you’re serious about getting a big score in Guitar Hero and are rhythmically challenged, the “show control system” can take care of the strumming and button pressing for you, freeing you to focus on your “stage” work.
Using a software application you would program all the strums and button presses into a $210 device, then wire it into your Guitar Hero controller.
