iPhone SDK rumors: no access to dock connector, apps distributed using iTunes [UPDATED]

Not a whole lot is known about the iPhone SDK, but if what iLounge is reporting is true feelings among developers will likely be mixed.

Microsoft lowers price of Vista

Microsoft has lowered the price of higher end versions of its Vista operating system to try and make it more appealing to consumers.
The move seems to only effect the upgrade versions, and only those sold at retail locations.
In the US market the new pricing is:

Paramount and DreamWorks to stop HD DVD support next week
