According to a new lawsuit filed by guitar maker Gibson, Activision and their “Guitar Hero” game violate a patent from 1999 which involves technology to simulate a musical performance.

The new Logitech diNovo Mini Bluetooth wireless keyboard that Logitech showed off at CES in January is now shipping.
The palm-sized keyboard features backlit keys, a “dual-purpose ClickPad” that can be used as either a trackpad or a directional pad, and will work with Windows XP, Windows Vista, or a Sony Playstation 3.

Online music store Puretracks has announced that this April they will have a BlackBerry-friendly DRM-free music store launching in April called Puretracks Mobile Edition.
The store will feature DRM-free 64kb AAC/AAC+ files from Universal, Sony BMG, Warner, EMI and independent labels and be compatible with the BlackBerry Pearl, Curve and 880 series smartphones.

Yes, Google will most likely have to lay off some people, its true, but not for the same reason that, for example, Yahoo had to lay off people.
Now that the acquisition of DoubleClick has been blessed by both the FTC and the EC, there will be some job redundancies that will have to be addressed.

In a press release about their Q1 results, Take-Two Interactive announced that BioShock 2 is in development by 2K Marin and is scheduled to be released in the fourth quarter of 2009.
