Glow Flow Tap changes water color

Equal parts geeky and odd, the Glow Flow Tap is ad add-on you can attach to nearly any faucet that can change the color of water coming out of the faucet using LEDs.
When water passes through the device it turns it on, illuminating your water red or blue. When you switch off your faucet the Glow Flow Tap switches off too.
The device has a built-in temperature sensor and ill glow blue when water is cold and red when it is hot. Can it be set to always be red or blue regardless of the water temperature? Not sure.
