Well known money bleeder Palm said that while the company had the strongest single quarter in phone sales in their history, they still have a net loss of $31.5 million in 2008.
Recently Palm hired former Apple executive Jon Rubenstein to reorganize Palm’s business and try and revitalize its products.

When Amazon’s $399 Kindle e-paper first launched, opinions were mixed on how successful it would be. Including 3G for downloading on the go was a nice addition, but other e-book readers haven’t been big hits so why should the Kindle.

The long talked about show Caprica, a prequel to the revived Battlestar Galactica series (about to begin its fourth and final season), was officially confirmed yesterday at a Sci-Fi Channel press conference.
There will be a 2-hour Caprica pilot and if its a hit it will likely be turned into a series.

The recently releases 2.17 firmware for the Sony Playstation 3 didn’t really add a whole lot, but the next scheduled firmware release, looks to make up for it.

Just yesterday Adobe’s CEO Shantanu Narayen said while on a conference call while investment experts “we believe Flash is synonymous with the Internet experience, and we are committed to bringing Flash to the iPhone…we have evaluated [the SDK] and we think we can develop an iPhone Flash player ourselves.”
