With the taste of dumb lawsuits still fresh in its mouth, Gibson has decided to sue Harmonix, creators of the video game Rock Band.
The reason for the suit is the same as the one against Activision and various retailers–the same old 1999 patent for “simulating a musical performance with a musical instrument”.

Earlier this month guitar maker Gibson sued Guitar Hero publisher Activision over a 1999 patent for simulating musical performances.
Not content to just wait for that suit, Gibson has decided to sue retailers Wal-Mart, Target, GameStop, Amazon, Toys ‘R’ Us, and Kmart in an attempt to try and get them to pull the Guitar Hero games [...]

On June 12th gamers in Japan will have a new, limited edition version of the Playstation 3 console.
Instead of the normal shiny black case, the new Metal Gear Solid 4 limited edition will be gunmetal gray and have a matching controller.

Beginning on April 15th, DirecTV will be changing the DRM on their DVRs when it comes to pay-per-view content.
