European fans of the Gran Turismo series of racing games worried about the release after some technical difficulties at the European PlayStation Store delayed things yesterday can relax. Things are fixed and the game is available right now.

Online encyclopedia Wikipedia has passed the 10 million article count with a biography written about 16th century Hungarian painter Nicholas Hillard (here’s an English version).
No prize for hitting that number I’m sure, but still amazing to think about just how huge it has become.

Last year MacTech magazine printed in its magazine a VBA to AppleScript translation guide to help people who had written Microsoft Office macros in VBA on the Mac only to find out that Mac Office 2008 will no longer support VBA.

The Sony Playstation 3 using Bluetooth for its remote control (and game controllers) is good and bad.
Its not directional so you don’t have to worry about having to aim the remote control at the PS3 for it to recognize which button you’re pressing. As long as you’re within range, it will just work.
