Until now mobile phone fans in Russia eager to get their CrackBerry fix have had to do so using foreign SIMS and pay heavy roaming charges but that is about to change.

When Google announced that it was buying online ad company DoubleClick some, like Microsoft, weren’t so pleased with the news.

Verizon was one of the big spenders/winners in the recent FCC auction for the 700MHz.
AT&T, another one of the auction winners, has already announced what their plans are. What does Verizon plan to do?
Looks like roughly the same thing that AT&T will be doing–using it to provide a high-speed 4G LTE network.

According to a story posted at silicon valley gossip site Valleywag, online retailer RedEnvelope has laid off nearly all of their 250 employees and is preparing to close down its website sometime this morning.

Since the new Canon EOS Rebel XSi was first announced at PMA in January I’ve been eagerly awaiting reviews to start hitting the web in anticipation of the cameras April release.
