Skybus Airlines closes, third airline in a week

Wow, tough times for small airlines.
Skybus Airlines, the “Spirit of Columbus”, announced yesterday that it was closing down and would be filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Monday.
This makes Skybus the third airline to announce that they were closing this week, with the others being Aloha and ATA.

Microsoft sets deadline for Yahoo acquisition deal

After nearly two months of waiting on their proposed acquisition deal, Microsoft and their CEO Steve Ballmer have sent a new letter to Yahoo’s board setting a deadline on the deal.
