PSP firmware 3.95 coming soon [UPDATED]

Sony announced today that firmware version 3.95 is about to drop for their PSP handheld gaming system.

Two new features coming to v3.95 are:

  • Custom button configurations for PS1 game playback by going to Controller Settings > Assign Buttons and select Custom.
  • The ability to quit Remote Play on a Playstation 3 and choose to either turn off your PS3 or leave it running.

UPDATE: Looks like the new firmware has been released.
