Microsoft has just finished its $500 million buyout of Danger, makers of the Sidekick, and has created a new division to hold them.
The new division, called Premium Mobile Experiences, will be under the same division responsible for the Xbox and Zune.

Nintendo announced today that Wii Fit accessory and fitness game combo for the Wii video game console will be sell for $90 when it hits store shelves on May 19th.

Sony has released the latest firmware update for their PlayStation 3 console, bringing it to version 2.30 and just as expected the update includes the new PlayStation Store and DTS-HD Master Audio support.

Delta and Northwest Airlines have announced that they intend to merge in a deal worth more than $3 billion, making the combined Delta-Northwest the largest airline in the world.
