Sony PlayStation 3 users in the UK anxious to get their hands on Sony’s PlayTV add-on have been thrown a bone and the device can now be pre-ordered with an expected release on July 31st.

Nikko Citigroup has upgraded its rating of Sony in anticipation of the company being able to hit the break-even point on PlayStation 3 costs in August of this year.
Sony currently sells the PS3 for a loss, but if the Cell processor and/or RSX graphics chip can be shrunk the chips would cost less to manufacture, [...]

Yesterday Samsung launched their new Soul slider phone for Europe.
Later this month the handset will be available in France, the UK, and Germany through major European mobile carriers and most of the GSM-supporting open markets.

There’s a new rumor going around about a couple of new Nikon DSLR’s that may be making a debut around June of this year.

According to a post at Paul Thurrott’s SuperSite Blog, Audible and Microsoft are currently working on making the Microsoft Zune media player “AudibleReady”, meaning it will soon be able to play audiobook, audio magazine and audio newspaper content from Audible.

MSI is getting ready to join Asus, Everex, HP, Intel, and OLPC (among others) and sell their very own UMPC.
