According to some new Canon rumor info, two new DSLR’s will be announced at Photokina and one will almost certainly be the highly anticipated 5D Mark II.

As the release of the first Google Android-based smartphone, the HTC Dream, draws near, as expected more info is starting to leak out.

Yahoo has announced that it will be killing off it’s Yahoo Mash social networking site just about a year after opening it.

According to a BGR tipster, the BlackBerry Bold, won’t be hitting AT&T until October 2nd, nearly five months after when it was initially expected.
The Bold is already available in Canada and Europe, so what’s the reason for the delay in the US? Not sure.

Comcast yesterday announced that beginning on October 1st users of it’s broadband service will officially have a download cap of 250GB per month.
While a cap existed previously, the number wasn’t explicit so this new policy should be easier to enforce.

Google has announced that it’s Android-based mobile phone platform will be getting it’s own online application distribution system similar to the iPhone’s App Store called Android Market.
While the Android Market will initially be released in beta form, it is expected to be available when the first Android-based handsets hit the market later this year.
