Apple’s Cinema displays are very nice screens, but aside from minor changes there hasn’t really been anything new since 2004 and if this rumor is correct there won’t be any big changes for a while still.
If this rumor is correct, Apple will be unveiling updated Cinema displays at MacWorld 2009 that will use LED backlighting [...]

Sprint today announced their second quarter numbers and I’m not sure why but the numbers continue to surprise me.
In the second quarter Sprint lost roughly 901,000 subscribers and reported a net loss of $344 million.
Sprint chief Dan Hesse is quick to point out that they are seeing some “signs of progress from our efforts to [...]

T-Mobile subscribers in Las Vegas got a nice treat today as the companies 3G data service went online.
So far it’s just available in Las Vegas but T-Mobile plans to launch it in 26 other major markets by October 1st (if all goes well) so you won’t have too terribly long to wait.

Free? No.
99-cents? [...]

You might recall back in April that Apple’s iTunes online store for the first time surpassed Wal-Mart as the number one music retailer in the US. They had the lead, but could they keep it? Looks like the answer is yes.
NDP Group has released the sales numbers for the first half of 2008 and the [...]

As bad as the MobileMe launch was for Apple, that might just be the tip of the iceberg for the problems they have yet to face with their Internet infrastructure if some new information is correct.
According to some info picked up by GigaOM, Apple’s Internet infrastructure could be years behind where it really should be [...]
